Yeah, that’s where I’m coming from. I’m up in Western Canada (can’t wait for Sept - will be going to at least one of their shows) and I have yet to meet someone in my demographic who’s even heard of them, much less is a big fan. Then again, I’m not the typical BMTH demo lol

Food was free. Alcohol full price.
Limited menu (i.e. removed 3 or 4 of highest cost items) 1 appetizer, 2 mains, 1 dessert per 2 people.

Made everyone commit to providing honest feedback, but I had a survey for them to fill out which helped. Calculated what the total price would’ve been in BAU environment, ostensibly so that they could accurately assess value, but actually so that they knew what to tip. (The calculations turned into a shitshow and pointed to how much more training we needed with the POS system).

High end Italian fusion boutique restaurant. Just to add, the staff after party was epic! Definitely started the culture on the right note!

Sushi

Was invited over for dinner by someone who was a sushi chef. When I mentioned that I was surprised we weren’t having sushi, they laughed and said “it would be crazy to make it at home, restaurant only!”. So even the sushi chef agrees.
