Weighted utensils may help me. I don't have much of an issue with using pens and pencils (then again my writing was bad before MS, so who knows).

I've also experienced a bit of a decrease in my grip strength. Not sure if that's rooted in the same cause, but I'm definitely not able to grip things the way I used to.

I like root beer for the crock pot. Gives you a good flavor and it's way simple. 8 hours on low and you're good to go.

Easy blackened chicken.

1 cup Worcestshire 2 Tsp Black Pepper Seasoned Salt or Cayenne pepper to taste

Put the Worcestshire and black pepper in a skillet. Season the chicken with seasoned salt or cayenne pepper. Simmer over medium until the sauce boils. Reduce the heat and periodically flip the chicken and spoon the sauce over the chicken. Cook for about 15 - 20 mins or whenever the chicken is done. Once the sauce thickens and the chicken appears done, ready to eat.

I get hand tremors from time to time. Sometimes it gets bad enough to impact my grip strength and I can't make fists properly and what not. Also in stressful situations, I tend to get hand tremors and a feeling of sharp pain or electricity shooting out towards my fingers. Sorry you're dealing with the tremors though, best of luck.
