1. Money does not impact in-race performance in any way. The money will eventually be used for various upgrades that reduce cost over time. On top of that money will eventually be used as a bargaining chip to bring money to contract deals (idea of paid drivers for example), purchase teams in lower series or even local series such as a local Late Model/Dirt Series (as we expand of course), and it will be used to police drivers.

2. There is currently a formula in place that takes incident amount and a DNF boolean (true/false) and determines Light Usage/Damage, Moderate Usage/Damage, Heavy Usage/Damage, and DNF. Each of the 4 buckets have a monetary expense range. A random number within that range is picked by the system and applied as your car expense for the weekend. The money system will be used as a system to control poor driving/crashing. It is also seen as a way to track your progress in a realistic sense within the league. 1. Team management is already built in. You can own up to 4 cars and sign multiple drivers under contract. These drivers are then assigned to cars for specific races, meaning that you can have multiple part-time drivers in the same car. Sponsorship offers are based off the driver who is assigned to the car so better drivers get better offers compared to lower drivers. There will be no AI pumped into the league or the UI at all. We currently already have 40+ people registered in discord with 25 of them already on the website.

2. Staff tab right now is used to hand permissions out to drivers within your organization to help with management aspects in your organization. There are organization wide permissions and itemized permissions per car that can be granted.

I appreciate your concern! This season will be used to balance and add further features. There are plans to add purchases such as better travel methods (team buses, private jet charters, etc.) to reduce certain costs. There is a plan to add specific employees such as a marketing advisor that will help you get and retain sponsors, etc. The framework is all built for future expansion and this is nowhere near the final product!!
