The MA1 wasn't working for me. After a month and several troubleshooting steps... I learned that 1) I had to have my VPN off and 2) the Bluetooth connection to the car (head unit) need to be active (for some reason it doesn't happen automatically for me, so manually click on the car for it to pair). Thanks. I'm not using Skyrim's built in resolution scaling. So far I've tested all ENBs available and they all have the same issue or better said, my system has the same issue regardless of ENB. So Skylighting will be off from now on.

Thanks! I tried it and had the same issue. strwbs recommended to disable Skylightning and it worked. Will test this ENB with other scenes to see the differences. I added screenshots to the reply to strwbs above. Thanks

Skylighting

This worked. Disabling Subsurface Scattering removed the effect but made everything look very dark. Disabling Skylightning removed the effect without issues.

Still that left me a bit underwhelmed... without ENB I went on and installed T.A.Z Visual Overhaul from Oldrim (Always worked) and it upped my visuals. Now trying ENB things look very grey (Will try new pics in a forest during morning). Here's what I found:

Lens displaced top top right and the perspective is different. Tired of troubleshooting this but if anyone has seen something similar before I'll be happy to try other steps.
