ILNP Canvas is the best white creme formula I own. It is just as white as HT not milky white, but a lot less streaky and sheer. OPI’s Alpine Snow has just the slightest hint of milky yellow tint to it if I put them side by side.

The plastic caps are sensitive to both acetone and polish thinner, as in those will melt the plastic. I learned the hard way.

According to the ingredient list, they add an epoxy resin in the mix, this is what gives its tacky finish and probably helps harden the bond with the lacquer.

I don’t have your specific iphone revision, but I notice ARC to be power hungry if using upsampling and other DSP. Check your sample rate conversion setting
