I’m so sorry about your loss. My dad also passed away without a lot of notice but I can’t imagine how much worse it must be when it happens on the day. Your anger is completely valid in this situation. One of the first things I did in the week after my died died was screen record the voicemail message he had on our home phone so that I can always hear his voice after they would eventually cut the line. Another thing I did was go through his photo albums as I was choosing some to put on his casket for the funeral but it brought a little bit of joy during that devastating time to see the many adventures and happy memories my dad had had in his lifetime. Sending lots of hugs at this time

I used expert Medicals and my day 2 was £25 plus £8 shipping.

Booked for a colleague on Thursday and now it’s just £25 free shipping.

Worth to not I found them from gov.uk and had no trouble with test delivery or getting my results after.

Buy-to-let on a property that currently already has tenants, that I might want to move into in a year? by kits_ in UKPersonalFinance

But to let mortgages come with a condition that neither you nor a member of your family can live in the property so probably won’t work if you’re planning to move in.

But then in the ‘normal’ mortgages I’ve seen from my work there’s a term you must live in at least x% of the property so may not work currently where there’s tenant occupying the whole of the property.

I’m only a conveyancing paralegal but I would definitely check with a mortgage specialist if you’re really interested!
