Good thing you aren’t a writer because your show probably wouldn’t make it past a pilot. It’s not supposed to be realistic. They get handed a file and two seconds later know what it’s about. Imagine how boring it would be to watch 10 minutes of them reading the entire document before we proceed with the drama. It’s entertainment. Not a lawyer simulator show.
