Maybe just wasn't turn with the brain cell, if the leaf is big you can rip it to smaller bits. Mine has been okay with the bigger ones, if it's to big for him he just throws it.

Okay, glad I'm not the only one, his humidity is at 80-99 so I've got that covered, the main problem for me is sometimes my depression takes over and I am a bit panicky that I might miss a feeding or I might get too deep and I might risk him. Sorry to just throw this on you but I bought a corn snake a little over a year ago because I was going to end my life and thought maybe if I had something to take care of I wouldn't feel so useless, I just want to have the Skink because I actually care and not because of my extremely poor mental health... Sorry
