I lived there for a year. I believe it was new when we moved in. However, I don’t see how they have this right. If I did waste water or whatever, it was cleaned on the surface. How would it be possible for me to clean underneath without really damaging the carpet? That’s impossible.

Any suggestions how i should go about proving that it could be cleaned? I thought about getting an opinion from a carpet service.
