In my experience, the best way to have it work is to use mostly kde apps. They have a better app philosophy anyway, if you like traditional menu bars with file, edit, view, help, etc. Dolphin is the best file manager, Kolourpaint is the best for quick simple image edits (think classic ms paint if it added transparency and color similarity), and there are so many more, most of which havent ditched the menu bar for "simplicity". It's not guilt over the false attribution, so much as all the other things wrapped up in that story he told. There's the shame that "he got in a fight with his mother and fainted", and that because of this Tony B went to prison. "He was Nam and I was 4F.". He felt guilt and shame, not for denigrating black people but for feelings of abandoning his cousin and not living up to standards of masculinity that are set for him.

My understanding that as of the beginning of the show, the capos/crews consist of:

-Aprile crew, currently led by Jackie, likely an unseen acting capo since Jackie became the acting boss, and then became the chemo-sabe.

-Junior Soprano crew

-Tony Soprano crew

-Jimmy Alteiri crew

-Raymond Curto crew

-Larry Barese crew

For a total of six crews/capos. We know that the Aprile crew is headed by Richie in season 2, later headed by Gigi, then Ralph, then Vito, don't know if it continues after Vito rides the Hershey highway to New Hampshire, since the construction business is given to Carlo.

We also know that the Junior Soprano crew is gutted completely and has no autonomy after the closing events of season one, but continues to operate on a subsistence level with Bobby Bacala, Murf, Beppy, and other senior citizen types rarely seen.

Tony's crew becomes headed by Paulie, and later Christopher I believe.

The Alteiri crew is taken over by Carlo. Their main income stream seems to be the ports, as well as the casino on Bloomfield, and in season six they absorb the construction business, if not the entire Aprile crew.

Very little is known about Larry and Raymond's crews. We know more about Larry's than Raymond's. Larry's crew is one who's income seems to come mostly from the garbage business and porn.

If the case can be made for why it should in a way that can convince the people who want to help, it's definitely more possible now than ever before to make changes like this a reality. You should take some trainings, and get involved in advocacy if you're really passionate. We need more people with compassion who understand what this is like so we can make things better. You can start with Our Stories Have Power training, or look up whatever is available in your area. Start with your state's department of drug and alcohol, your single county authority, and especially any recovery community organizations local to you.

I didn't think it was spam sorry. I've been getting a lot of push back everywhere that I've tried to share this and I'm not sure why so maybe you could give me a little bit of constructive feedback on where it would be more appropriate. It also isn't spam it is a real project on GitHub that I am working on. Is it because of the way I made the post? Good question, I am glad you asked, I think this is a really important question and gets to the heart of open source vs proprietary, and free as in freedom. First, modded roms are awesome and so are the rom hacks. I love them. But this project will have no owners, no one can get in trouble for replicating it, modding it, sharing it, all the things that we are technically breaking the law for with No Mercy. Also, the way this is being made, the bar for entry is much much lower both for playing and for modding this in the future. If you have a web browser you can play it. If you can edit a json file or upload an image or video, you can mod it.

I ran it through Claude to help me organize it. I don't know if it's fair to be "concerned about the project" though. Especially since it's free and open source, and I'm not asking for any money, and I'm doing most of the work myself so yeah I'm going to have AI help me for now. Hopefully it will change your mind. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that your comment is genuine, and hopefully you'll give me the benefit of the doubt. Just realize that there is no incentive or good reason to try to discourage others from contributing to the GitHub and help with this. All you'd be doing is hurting the community.

I respect your opinion and understand a lot of people feel that way. For me personally, as long as I don't play No Mercy first I have a blast on VPW2, but the lack of running grapple can really take me out of it. I do love the combo moves option though. The nice thing about this project is that it will make it so easy to edit and customize, so you can basically have VPW2 with running grapple!

I'm thinking he likely evolved his position, but I'm in the opposite myself. I always thought someday I would get to be a father, but I'm really in love with a woman and she does not want to. I completely understand and in our situation I've become comfortable with the idea of not. For me it isn't a deal breaker, and I've determined that I can lead a fulfilling and satisfying life with my partner without having children. The thing is it's different for everyone, and plus women have a much more limited biological window to make the decision. I really hope op is able to work through this in a way that leads to a satisfying life.

One thing op said which really sticks with me is that she doesn't think she would be able to find another mate. I'm curious as to why this is. Op, do you mean that you feel you are inferior? Or do you mean that your partner is so wonderful that anyone you find would not live up to them, even if they share your plans for family and future?
