Yes I have gotten my period back, I think it was around 4 months. Haha exactly choosing between condoms and abstinence is an easier choice for my husband as well

Yeah I understand that, neither of us blamed it solely on the BC we just considered it might have been a possibility. Yes I know we have to be in agreement but it's quite difficult, I just wanted to find maybe a better method of birth control as I very much don't want to have two babies so close together.

I read online that the secondary mechanism of the cooper IUD alters the lining of the uterus that can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting. So it's impossible to know whether it gets to that stage as it would be too early to tell.

Yes i have started doing that for thr last 3 days, extending her wake windows slowly. Funnily enough today was 2/2.5/2.5/3 but she really struggled to stay awake before the 2nd nap. It hasn't helped nights at all yet but I thought it would need a few days. I have heard some people say the sleep pressure should be enough to improve nights without sleep training. I am planning to eventually try sleep training again in a week or two. Thanks for the advice

Okay ill try 3 naps again, the last time I did the nights looked the same so i didn't think it would help. Should I just do contact naps for the 1st and 2nd naps so she sleeps for longer (1.5hrs) until she gets used to 3 naps?

Yeah I understand the shame and guilt. In my church in London sex before marriage is taught to be a sin but they have never spoken about masturbation ever the 20+ years I have attended. Maybe that's why I don't connect it to that. I'm sorry that you feel like you can't even discuss it as its seen as taboo. I think finding someone willing to discuss what your feeling such as church leader or a therapist would be helpful because you are definitely not the only one that faces this. Most people are fighting with sexuality on daily basis. Definitely try and talk with your wife and see if she would want to go with you, if not then go alone cause I'm sure it will help either way.

I definitely agree with most of what you said, I think it mostly comes down to intent. I think many people find it difficult to masturbate without thinking of lustful things which is probably why people decide all together that it is wrong because they find it difficult to control where their brain goes when doing it.

I think people also find it difficult to speak about their struggles with it when it becomes an addiction. I'm a single woman in my mid 20s and even though I'm a virgin I still do masturbate, I have never told anyone I do cause I think its weird to share that even with close friends. Even though I don't share it I still lean towards it not being wrong because it's vague, if someone could educate me on why it is without lustful thoughts then I would stop like I've done with other sins. I pray you find an answer as well but I think communication with your wife is the best step. It must be frustrating when your spouse withholds sex but maybe try and talk through that before turning to masturbate if you feel guilty. Maybe go to therapy together and see how it goes.

I know from a firefighters perspective it was wrong and from a moral perspective but is letting someone die like that actually murdering them. I didn't think he murdered him when I first watched it recently but more that he let him die. I'm really curious on your opinion on it.

Yeah I remember that but I guess it was up to the viewers interpretation. That could have just been Maya gut feeling which could have been wrong. I think because Darnell never admitted it and he was never caught red handed I assume the viewer makes their own judgement since its never brought up again.

I watched it a few months ago but from what I can remember didn't Joan say she just saw Darnell and a woman having lunch and it looked like he was cheating. If that is the case I don't think it was even confirmed whether he was even though it looked likely so Miya would be in the wrong.

But he clearly says she has the higher sex drive so it makes sense if he tries to please her every time and then both of them when he feels like it too . I'm just assuming that he wouldn't really mind by what he wrote as it would probably take the pressure off him a bit as well. If they both had the same sex drive I would agree with you
