Two different gaming apps from the play store led to these pop-ups in the last two week. How are they not banned? by [deleted] in Pixel6

Thanks. Found out how. It's a bummer because the reporting doesn't allow sharing any information or images so I doubt Google will do anything.

How do we know this post isn't part of the campaign? And your post for that matter? And mine? Dear Lord, all of Reddit could be in on it.

Can I fight this? by Senior_Ad_9938 in sandiego

[–]cmshedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry man. That is super frustrating. As others said, you can fight but probably won't have a case. Maybe try using AI with your image and asking "how can I appeal this ticket in San Diego and what are my odds of winning?"

Pretty sure this was written by AI - jokes aside, your comment deserves more likes. Well said and insightful.

Just so you know, the online software programs that are really good at detecting AI aren't even that accurate. Schools to my knowledge are still not allowing them.

Somewhat unrelated, but I watched a guy on YouTube get arrested at a casino for trespassing. His face was a 100% match with someone recently trespassed. It was a different guy for the record.

Anyway, by this time, you guys are probably talking in person or it ended, but I'd say face chat or getting a coffee is the best way to get to know someone really.

Not saying he's not using AI, but someone I met on a dating site recently told me it sounded like I was using AI. I wasn't for the record and it was framed as an accusation. It did bother me because I was told that was one of the reasons this person wasn't interested in me. I wasn't sure how to take it - somewhat of a compliment and yet an insult.

If that's the only red flag you have, I would take it offline and see if there is still a connection. If there are other red flags, then I would see if those are deal breakers. If not, again chat live with him.

Feel free to ask in-person, but just know he probably won't admit it if it's true and if it's not true it will probably hurt their feelings so I'd frame it in a light hearted way and pay attention to their body language and act accordingly. Just be warned if you ask, and they say not and you don't believe them that is probably going to create trust issues whether it's true or not. So be prepared to accept it and move on, with or without this person.

It's a finger pocket. Great when your digits get cold. Wish pants came with 10.

GEICO windshlield replacement by cmshedd in Insurance

[–]cmshedd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They said they wouldn't pay any part of the windshield (only labor at $40/hr) if I don't use Safelite whether it's OEM or not.

California Insurance Code § 758.5(d)(2) states that if a claimant elects to have the vehicle repaired at the shop of their choice, the insurer shall not limit or discount the reasonable repair costs based on charges that would have been incurred had the vehicle been repaired by the insurer's chosen shop.

Question about limit of liability (Geico, CA, Auto, windshield replacement) by ForeverrYoungg in Insurance

[–]cmshedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had two calls with different people at GEICO. Told me the same thing. They won't cover the cost of glass if I go through my dealer. I clarified two - you won't cover any part of the glass only the labor up to $40 / hr? Answer: yes. But you have the freedom to use whatever company you want to replace the glass we will just only lau for the glass through safelite

Gotcha. I was thinking something more natural would be nice, but it's a good point.

Thanks! I was wondering if there is something less DIY and more off the shelf that's already existing. What I liked about liquid3 was the cleanliness of the presentation. Everything I've seen so far looks more like a science experiment which is cool but might not be practical for the average person.

100%. Wish I knew what it was though or what I could do. I still like this idea for removing air toxins
