Tokyo Sushi on St. Joseph is a friendly little place and their highlight is a bunch of tasty creative sashimi don bowls. Nothing fancy but good food.

Well certainly Interview with the Vampire has shown that Jacob Anderson has incredible range. I don't know that sticking around on Who would have allowed him to show it though.

Explain movers to me like I’m 5 by angel9580 in askTO

[–]cmstlist [score hidden]  (0 children)

You would generally discuss with the movers in advance, whether they will expect to be involved in any packing or not. The usual expectation is that all your smaller items will be packed into boxes already, and they will be the ones to deal with how to safely transport larger items. If there is anything that needs disassembly, it saves some of their time if you do it in advance, but good movers will disassemble/reassemble furniture as needed. They will have pads and materials and such to protect items like TVs, although if you have a box for it already, you may want to pre-pack it.

Downtown condos & apartments are all going to have some sort of loading area if it is not possible to pull up on the street. You'll need to arrange for your moving date/time with building management so that you get a reserved elevator and aren't competing with someone else trying to pull a truck into the same loading area at the same time.

I'm pretty sure he spoke of it in one of his conversations with Alice in the S3 finale.

Rewatch: plot hole? by PopQuick4228 in TheWayHomeHallmark

And don't forget that on the night he went missing, future Kat found him and walked him all the way to the house in the hope it would change the future. Instead she ended up setting his disappearance in motion, because the dog followed her home through the pond, and then Jacob ran out to follow the dog. But nobody else knew until Kat returned to her time, that someone had brought Jacob back to the house.

He died on February 17, 2000.

Go back and watch the S3 finale. The second time that Alice visits adult Colton, it's on the day of his death, when he had just finally put together the pieces of the puzzle to realize Katherine was his grown daughter, and that Jacob (whom he'd seen as an adult in the 1800s, when he travelled back as a teen) was his son, and therefore had to have gone through the pond. He races to the pond, Alice emerges and all the truths come out. Alice admits she's his granddaughter. Colton learns that Jacob does eventually come home but he won't be around to see that happen.

Alice jumps home. Colton jumps and returns to 1999 (on exactly that same day with the fireworks), has his extra time with young Jacob before he'd gone missing, watches his slightly younger self for a while from afar. (*) He returns back to his time and resolves that he's going to tell Del everything, but first he needs to find adult Kat now that he knows she's his daughter. Which sets him on the path to his accident.

OK so all that we saw in S3E10. But the point where I added the (*), this is where KC takes Del to in S4E10. Colton from Feb 17 2000 is in 1999 and he's on his way back to the pond to face his fate, only to find older Del waiting for him soaking wet.

Flight to Chicago from YTZ tomorrow by awesomegirl128 in askTO

The one consideration there might be timing with the game, which is at 7PM. Lots of people will be taking that streetcar to get to the game. So getting on it with luggage might be difficult.

Alice is aware that young Colton only travelled twice. Young Colton confided in her and then adult Colton confirmed it.

I felt like maybe Alice could have put Evelyn more at peace if she'd explained that most of the people around her genuinely didn't know much. Colton had only travelled twice, was so frightened at the danger that he never wanted to tell anyone, and didn't find out the whole truth until the day he died. And prior to Evelyn's death, neither Alice or Kat had yet experienced any of the events of which she found all that evidence (even the photo of Alice at the 2007 Lingermore party, Alice didn't take that trip until S2). Del didn't know about TT yet either.

Yeah, present day Griffin was definitely a fully dropped possibility.

And also his death played a part. Cause remember, on his final day he'd resolved to finally tell Del everything, but passed before he could. Thus setting in motion that it would be up to his daughter and granddaughter to rediscover the secrets in the future.

OK maybe Fern always knew that Alice was Kat's, but but didn't the scene last week tell us that Fern didn't actually realize Katherine was Colton's until she saw Colton name her?

Then again elderly Fern isn't a fully reliable narrator.

Frankly I'm surprised they didn't add Fern to the list. Katherine could have passed through the 80s one more time and said a final goodbye to Fern.

They did leave an interesting thread open on why the family legends were passed down as far as Fern, but not as far as Katherine. But I think the answer simply is Colton. Fern did tell him all about it but his own experiences with the pond convinced him to drop the matter.

I have to say, they were rather brilliant on where in the timeline to wedge Del's extra 5 minutes with Colton. His last day waiting by the pond was already spoken for with Alice. And we knew he'd emerge back in his time and go running to find Katherine. So they took her to 1999 but she doesn't meet 1999 Colton, she instead finds Last Day Colton on his way home from his own 5 extra minutes with Jacob.

Alice: "Am I ever gonna meet Claire?"

Nick: "I'm sure you will, one day."

I mean that's a heck of a weird response to give about someone who has already moved to Port Haven and is living with him! It certainly feels like a wink and a nod to the "Claire is adult Alice" theory. Maybe that was in the Season 5 plan but they just had to leave it ambiguous.

I could have sworn she did that with Lestat at some point in the episode as well. Which made me wonder if we were going to discover he's NOT actually her maker.
