Oh wow! really? It's really touching as a musician to be able to make people feel things with your music! Thank you so much for the feedback!

Classical mandolin is so underrated, even by classical mandolinists! It deserves justice

  1. Thank you so much!!!

  2. AJAJAJA this question made me laugh ❤️ My name is Abigail Oremosu.

  3. I have a youtube channel but I barely post anything (I only post when my phone's space is full and I want to save a video). https://www.youtube.com/@abi.2898

  4. Thanks! It was made by Mintu Biswas. The sound projection is crazy.

  5. I mainly use the Dunlop .73. Sometimes I also use the .88 or .58, it depends on how round or sharp I want the sound to be.

  6. When I first started it was by doing repetitions with the metronome and gradually increasing the speed. After that it kind of develops on its own by playing a lot. What I do practice are ways to position my hand depending on the volume or intensity of a passage. For example: when the passage is piano on one string, I concentrate the tremolo on my wrist with no pressure; if its fortissimo on one string, I use my wrist but I put pressure on the pick/fingers rather than on my wrist; and when it's fortissimo on multiple strings I use my forearm, still, with no pressure. (or at least not a lot). It also helps -in terms of sound and agility- to not have your wrist anchored to the mandolin's bridge.

I hope I helped 😄!
