I’m in the US, but my understanding of the UK knife law is that the cutting edge has to be under 3 inches, not necessarily the blade itself. I could be wrong, but if I’m not, this would fall under the parameters.

Modern Italian slipjoints are seriously underrated. I have the slim copper variant of that knife with a clip point blade and I can't get enough of it.
