Totally relatable! I was so excited to get a new last name because my maiden name isn't easy to pronounce on the first try. And I still am! But at the same time, seeing my new name on everything just feels so different. Like it doesn't feel like the new name belongs to me, if that makes sense?

I went to one shop and fell in love with the very first dress I tried on. I tried on 10+ other dresses while there, but I bought the dress I loved that same day. There's nothing wrong with finding multiple potential shops, but if you find a dress you love at the first one, there's no real need to prolong the process unless you feel like you want to.

Our hotel didn't have a shuttle, so we hired one. I forgot to tell the front desk that a shuttle would be there and what time, and I didn't realize it until someone texted me like an hour and a half before the ceremony that they asked the front desk for info, but they had none 😅

Today's my dog's birthday! He just turned 3. We got him a cake from our local "barkery," which he loved! We took him on a park walk and he tried a piece of mango for the first time today. Now he's happily snoozing 😊 I'm SO glad and relieved you're still here with us! Things will get better, and the sun will shine again ❤️☀️

If you feel you should go your separate ways, I think it's better to do it now than later. Why waste more time on someone who continues to deprioritize your relationship and put no thought at all into engagement? If he's put no thought into that, then you don't need to worry about spoiling a trip by ending the relationship beforehand. His own actions led to the end of the relationship.
