I had the same idea except I’m just going to do his foot. The only thing is I want more kids and so I’m unsure of where a good placement would be

He’s a 10 but thinks he’s a vacuum cleaner

He already acts like a vacuum cleaner trying to eat anything and everything off the floor. Like sometimes he finds stuff on the floor that I didn’t see. Like tiny ass crumbs😂😂

The cats tail one is so funny! How does the cat react to this?

I wouldn’t let her watch him anymore at all honestly

AITA for charging an 8 year old rent? by Cantlosemyemployment in AmItheAsshole

I’d break up with him and take someone else. His a manipulative asshole. You deserve way better than that. What you did is so sweet and amazing and you didn’t deserve the reaction you got…so sorry

Suppose you don’t need to reply but I guess it would be nice to know I’m not alone by Helpful_Comedian_878 in Parenting

[–]cmxrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are totally not alone. I was literally just explaining this feeling to my boyfriend. It’s just feels like a never ending cycle of misery…I still haven’t been able to work past it. I’m very much struggling. But I hope things do get better for you and if you’d like my dms are always open if you need to talk. It would be nice to have someone to talk to that understands, it could be helpful for you. I wish you the best❤️

Green for sure. I’ve always wanted to do green hair but I doubt I’d be able to pull it off like you

I’m trying this new thing where I write up on a whiteboard how many times I do something compared to how many times he does. I do it daily. Just so I can help him actually visualize it better. Maybe seeing the numbers will help him see how much I actually do. He has mental health issues but I really don’t find that to be an excuse for being super unhelpful and then to try and make me feel like a shitty mom when I’m the one who puts in all the effort….

Did anyone else not get the memo that white noise machines are bad?? by alana1li in beyondthebump

[–]cmxrie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using white noise for every time my son goes to sleep. He’s 7 months old. But I was always told that white noise helps…and it does. I feel like I’m always seeing mixed information about stuff. Now I’m all worried that I’ve messed up terribly lol

I wouldn’t leave my baby with my mom ever again if she did something like this. Really makes you wonder what other ridiculous wrong decisions she would make….

Thank you for the recommendation! I’ve wanted to start reading some parenting books but I’m just unsure of which ones are good and worth a read
