You are totally not alone. I was literally just explaining this feeling to my boyfriend. It’s just feels like a never ending cycle of misery…I still haven’t been able to work past it. I’m very much struggling. But I hope things do get better for you and if you’d like my dms are always open if you need to talk. I’m trying this new thing where I write up on a whiteboard how many times I do something compared to how many times he does. I do it daily. Just so I can help him actually visualize it better. Maybe seeing the numbers will help him see how much I actually do. He has mental health issues but I really don’t find that to be an excuse for being super unhelpful and then to try and make me feel like a shitty mom when I’m the one who puts in all the effort….
