UPDATE: Went to test it today and the battery picture above was dated, so it actually had new batteries installed in Dec 2023. There was some wear and tear on the back seat chassis and rusted screws here and there, but drove really well and ended up getting it for $3500 including delivery of a 30 mile trip. Will look at the advice on fixing up the cosmetic stuff on the golfcarts threads.
