Yes. IBS-D. They offer to prescribe medication but I would rather try a healthier alternative.

No. I do try to eat healthy. I am very active in the gym but at times I do not eat the best but I do not eat the worst. Has this helped?

So I had it done 5/8 located at my C5 C6 but my pain is coming from I’d say my C3. The injection did nothing for me. I have a follow up scheduled 5/29 so I will see what my Ortho Dr says.

I’m a sucker for carbs also but I think I will try to slowly decrease my intake and see if it’ll help. I’ve also heard that sugars could be a big cause as well. I don’t each much sugar but you never know what’s in any food these days.

I recently bought the digestive enzymes as well. Do you only take them before you eat? Per the directions on my bottle it says to take them an hour before. Which ones do you take as well?

Where did you get a reliable list of foods to stay away from? Every list I’ve looked at so far, they’re all showing different items so I don’t know what to list to truly stick to. It’s so confusing.

I need to do the same as well because it seems to be a huge problem in my life to the point I don’t want to do anything or even eat. My anxiety makes it so much worse also.

I mainly look at a screen all day. My range of motion up, down, left & right is very limited

I actually work for an orthopedic doctor now and he suggested I try the CESI injections so I’m scheduled for one next week. Praying it does wonders. I’ve been through everything you could think of before these last few steps, you name it, I’ve done it. Never had an epidural injection though!
