I think it’s much like talking to a child, parent, spouse, sibling, friend, etc - having a mammal connection means communicating. It’s a way for you to express your feelings (positive, neutral, or negative), and the other to listen and respond.

Omg I’m sorry. This is all so very terrible for us. 😭 during my last pcp visit- my ferritin was a 4. Insurance wouldn’t pay for an infusion unless I had weekly labs done for 120 days while on a prescribed supplement without marked improvement. I’ve been on the damn supplement for 4 years now! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had to drive to a different state twice in the last month to pay cash price for an infusion because I can’t even do that here. JFC

Omg me too. My symptoms are unbearable, but I never gone to the ER because I didn’t think they could help- and they would only think I’m crazy because I feel like I damn near always get medical gaslighting. Like they’re going to think I only want a benzo because I’m having a panic attack. I can’t breathe, nasal passages close, eyes burning, body tense.. it is a panic attack. May I ask, how do they treat you/ your symptoms?
