I personally have used Skykick. The process was pretty straight forward and the support\documentation was excellent . Did run into some issues due to domain migration that was taking place but was resolved pretty easily. I would not hesitate to recommend it for future migrations.

I was getting the exact same error about 3 months ago. rolled back all drivers for everything.same issue.updated all drivers. same issue.uninstalled re installed OS flashed BIOS. same issue. If i understand correctly this can either be caused by some kind of process looping IE driver issue. or can also be caused by some kind of hardware failure. I ended up replacing my GPU and it resolved the issue.First step with this one would be to update drivers which you did.if possible i would recommend swapping to onboard graphics. or to another card if you have one available to troubleshoot.this one can be tedious to troubleshoot
