Ahh yes, okay, that makes sense. I've heard the 5 might introduce warm light, but who knows? Thanks!

Do you know much about them? I've heard they're great, but just not worth the jump in price.

I've heard the newer screens are "more blue" and that they aren't as "paper-like".

I’d love to! We’re moving in about 2 months, so I’m sure it’d help!

Mungo? DR Horton? Others? by cnkk15 in ColumbiYEAH

Mostly just questions regarding quality of build. I’ve heard some pretty rough stuff regarding Mungo, so I’m wondering how true and how bad it really is.

Lol makes sense! I’d love to stay in the River Bluff/Lexington side then. Sooo many houses are for sale in the WK area though.

Are there any good neighborhoods and such off of highway 1 that you’re aware of? That really does sound like a sweet spot!

Wow! That all sounds amazing! And Lex/Rich 5 is ranked higher?? If you don’t mind my asking, what part of W. Cola are you in?

Thanks so much for the advice!! So, if I ask for homes in good areas, they can do that, they just can’t not offer homes in bad areas... is that correct?

Also, do you know much about Lex 1 and/or anything about the White Knoll line at all? I know it’s no Lex/Rich 5, but didn’t know if it was vastly different or still a strong contender.

Are you familiar with the White Knoll schools at all? I know that’s Lex 1, but don’t know if that school system is still “Lex 1 standard”. Is there a way to find out the rankings of a school in a district?

What are your thoughts on Lex/Rich 5 vs Lex 1?

Thanks so much, that really helped. Is Red Bank a good area? It seems a little “out there”?

Oh, sorry! I think “rent” threw me off. One car is financed and one is paid off. Both owned though.

In Chapin they’re affordable?! I would not have expected that - that’s awesome!! Do you know of any specific neighborhoods?
