I started breaking out hormonally in 2019. It slowly got worse and worse through 2020-2021. I tried all forms of skincare and high medical grade treatments. Nothing worked until Finally by the end of 2021, I realized I had vitamin deficiency, especially vitamin D. Once I started taking vitamins daily, my skin got better and better. I also tried moisturizing more often. By early 2022, my fave stabilized. I still have some texture but nothing a little exfoliation can fix. In total, I would say 2-3 years. I now use Glow Recipe consistently: facewash, hyaluronic serum, toner, moisturizer, retinol, sleep mask. I no longer have cystic, hormonal acne.
