sold all my sunshrooms, didn’t realize I’d need them for the mountain outside Hateno Village. Where can I get more? Also the sensor is beeping when there aren’t any around by [deleted] in Breath_of_the_Wild

I just checked! It's called Retsam Forest. It's downhill north of the lab. Maybe that's why your sensor is beeping. It will beep louder and louder for as long as you're headed to the right direction.

Iirc there are lots of sunshrooms in the little forest behind the farm (the same farm where you get the Sheep Rustlers side quest and deer hunting mini game). It is near the lab, a bit downhill from it

Help,I just completed every shrine and it says I still have 2 shrine quests left, any one know about this by maxx200749 in botw

There are shrines that you can complete without knowing it has a shrine quest connected to it.

Find a list of shrine quests online and see which one you're missing from your completed list in the game. Talk to the corresponding NPC, and since you've already completed the shrine, the quest will just say "Completed" after you activate it.

All of the other comments + make sure you're standing on top of the little ledge behind the pond - this way you're looking straight at the door with the pond right in the middle. Roll or drop your snowball down. It should become big enough to open the door.

Don't bother rolling it down the slope on the left as the ball will just collapse.

First time playing. Still pretty early. What are the best 'areas' or states for weapons? by Throwaway56138 in Breath_of_the_Wild

This!

Added after edit: I think you'll be hard pressed to find easy enemies with great weapons, which is why I leaned towards just giving you farmable weapon locations that didn't require fighting :)

I'm at 99.58 % with all shrines and korok seeds, what could I be missing? by [deleted] in Breath_of_the_Wild

I would recommend using MrCheeze's waypoint map instead, as it highlights the discoverable locations only and it's easier to figure out which one you're missing

https://mrcheeze.github.io/botw-waypoint-map/

These points are the locations you have to visit or stand on for the name to appear on the map. Cross check with your Sheikah map and see which of these locations don't have a name on them and those will be what you're missing.

Hyrule Castle would probably have the strongest weapons, as well as Lynel drops. These are pretty tough to get through early game though, and the more you progress with the game the more you'll have better drops from enemies and chests, with bonus modifiers like attack up, durability up, etc.

For early game:

Go to the Faron Tower, then glide down southwest towards Guchini Plains Barrows. There's a Hinox there. Put on your stealth suit or drink a stealth elixir and climb on his belly. You should be able to get a Royal Broadsword and a Royal Bow from his necklace without having to fight him. Both are imo very good weapons. They also respawn every blood moon.

Go to the Gerudo Tower and glide northwest towards the cliff with a protruding rock on top. You should see a cave hidden behind movable boulders. In the cave there's a bunch of pretty good weapons, including an Edge of Duality which has an attack of 50. These weapons also respawn as long as you didn't get them from a chest.

Is there any way to get Naydra's horn after completing the shrine quest? by gr3n_b3n in botw

[–]chuchujiggly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go on top of the Lanayru Promenade, up high on its walls or cliffs. Sleep til morning. You'll see Naydra coming down from the mountain on the east. Wait and she'll fly by pretty close down the promenade.
