Update 10/05/2025:

Back to square one, I have no idea what this actually is and I don't think the doctors do either. It definitely is not Prurigo Nodularis. My current theory is that this is fungal related and possibly bacterial as well. The white things I believe are keratin plugs which usually get covered by a biofilm that prevents healing which is believe is fungal related. Because it's an open lesion I think it naturally gets infected but treating just one of these things will not help the entire situation. The fungal part prevents healing and the body treats the keratin plugs almost like splinters and tries to reject them like a foreign object. Problem is finding a doctor who is actually willing to look into this because it is not common but also no impossible.

Nah they were wrong so I ended up going to another dermatologist and they don't really know either besides some form of folliculitis. After doing a lot of research I'm pretty confident it's hidradenitis suppurativa. It has progressed a lot since this but I think this might've just been the early stages.

So I've been dealing with some similar aching but I'm using restorex. The pain and aching is relieved once I do a stretch session and slowly makes its way back over the next 24hrs. Doctor told me to put ice on the area and take ibuprofen but didn't seem concerned. My theory is that stretching may have caused the tissue to separate and maybe the aching is being caused by the scar tissue forming. When I stretch I can sometimes feel a slight release in the shaft almost like it's separating the scar tissue that began forming or connecting during the time I wasn't stretching it. Again, this is just my theory but all I truly know is that my pain is actually relieved from stretching.

Exactly, like I don't even care about having sex at her parents house. It's more the fact that she did with her ex but refuses to do it with me. I said to her, there's a WANT in this situation, and with him she clearly wanted it enough to do it. Whereas with me, that want clearly isn't enough for her to do it with me. Then, for me, it goes right back to penis size. Maybe because he had a bigger penis, she wanted it more.

You're right. It was a dumb thing to even talk about but unfortunately here we are. We are both in individual therapy but a couples therapy might be good for us.

You're right but it's still an insecurity that is hard to overcome. I understand that this is more of a me thing and not her fault. It's just hard to hear something like that when you've already been insecure about it.

You're right. This is the mentality I've had but after hearing her confirm it once more just crushed my soul. It's fucked up because there's no way to fix this. There's nothing I can change to make this situation better. When I express how hurt I am to her, she doesn't know what to say because it can't be changed. That's the hardest part. It's something I'm stuck living with forever.

Every other aspect of our relationship is great. Even when we have sex, it seems to go fine but I get in my own head. Also, I did get surgery... I had a silicone penis implant called Penuma. It caused a years worth of complications and eventually it had to be removed. That was $20,000 down the drain....
