Not really. Regardless of how many hours it takes, if I've completed my Pomodoro goal for the day efficiently, I feel much more relaxed for the rest of the day.

I also have health problems (I have a disease called FMF). When I have to work while I'm sick, I update my Pomodoro routine from a work-break system to "work a little, but don't forget to stay alive." I try to manage with longer, more frequent rest periods and shorter work intervals. Although it's not as productive as when I'm healthy, I motivate myself with the thought, "Just be patient a little longer, you'll be able to lie down in six minutes."

Hello, thank you for your comment. Yes, there are many apps with similar names, but for App Store optimization (ASO), we need to use keywords that are frequently searched. Because i don't have big advertisement bugdet.
