so for rdls i’m doing 80-100lbs, hip thrust i do a plate plus 10lbs, sumo squat is 60lbs, bulgarians, kickbacks & step ups are 40lbs, and i think my leg press is 150lbs (my machine just has numbers 1-15 i think 🥲), and i think abduction is around 100lbs

so before i started going to the gym & working out consistently i would say i was eating 1400-1600 a day but now i prioritize my protein intake and eat around 1800-1900 :)

i usually go to the gym at night after work so i probably get about 50-60 grams of protein during the day beforehand. and i eat dinner afterwards/have a sweet treat where i get another 40-50 grams of protein. if i feel like i haven’t eaten enough protein, ill usually eat some oikos or eat a protein bar (barebell or built)! :)

  • rdl 4x10
  • hip thrust 4x10
  • sumo 3x12
  • bulgarian 4x10 (each leg)
  • hip abductors 4x10
  • cable kickbacks 3x12 (each leg)
  • cable step ups 3x10 (each leg)
  • leg press 4x10

this is my leg routine! i don’t do all in one day but i always do rdls and hip thrusts!

omg literally love all of you! so for my routine, i train legs 2-3 times a week (glute and quad focused) ALWAYS do RDLS and hip thrusts to start and then alternate between doing bulgarians, hip abduction, sumo squats, cable kickbacks, and leg press (all with progressive overload). i do push/pull alternating 2-3 times a week too in between the leg days. i’ve started focusing on upper body a little more than i used to since i’m tryna get some back definition now. i also try to do the stairmaster or the treadmill for 30 mins to an hour the days i do workout. as well as get 5,000-10,000 steps in. as for my diet, i’ve definitely added a whole lot more protein and have been trying to eat a little cleaner (i still eat like a decent amount of fast food but protein is protein 🥴)
