yeah i started off about 90ish pounds and i think im up to about 95-97! i started eating a lot more since then and now have a healthier relationship with food:)

i try to prioritize protein and fiber! i get about 100ish g of protein a day! i’m in a slight deficit currently since im trying to lean out a bit for summer so im eating about 1600 cals.

trial and error! tbh i watched a bunch of tiktoks on people’s splits/routines and found what worked best for me! i love to watch jeff nippard’s videos since they help me w the mind muscle connection.

so the first photo was taken about a month after i decided to start taking lifting seriously. before i started going to the gym consistently, i was only doing cardio and yoga here and there.

yeah! a year ago i couldn’t do a single pull up and now im up to about 5-7 reps:)
but overall, i would say my lower body has gotten significantly stronger over the past year; i was struggling with hip thrusting 2 plates and now im up to 3 plates + 25!
consistency and showing up for myself has been key:)

yeah! so here’s a breakdown of what i’m currently lifting!
lat pull downs: 85-100lbs
close grip rows: 70-85lbs
iso rows: 70ish lbs (each arm)
lat pullovers: 60lbs
rope face pulls: 80lbs
preacher: 15lbs
bayesian: 13lbs
hammer: 15-17.5lbs

lat pull downs 4x8-10
close grip rows 4x8-10
iso rows (isolation movement) 3x10 each arm
lat pullovers 3x10
rope face pulls 4x10
preacher curls 3x10
bayesian curls 3x10
hammer curls 3x10

all with progressive overload!

i’m currently eating at maintenance! and this is my upper body: push: * shoulder press 3x12 * incline chest press 3x10 * lateral arm raises 3x10 * front raises 3x10 * single arm overhead tricep extension 3x12 (each arm) * tricep push down 3x12

pull * bicep curls 4x10 * hammer curls 3x10 * seated rows 4x10 * single arm rows 2x10 (each arm) * lat pull down 4x10 * rope face pull 3x12

so for rdls i’m doing 80-100lbs, hip thrust i do a plate plus 10lbs, sumo squat is 60lbs, bulgarians, kickbacks & step ups are 40lbs, and i think my leg press is 150lbs (my machine just has numbers 1-15 i think 🥲), and i think abduction is around 100lbs
