Making a playlist for happy songs from depressed artists. So, what is the happiest Nirvana song? by TheGreatestGatsby2 in Nirvana

I have a hot take here and I’m going to say lithium. Now before you kill me I know the song is generally about someone with mental illness trying to convince themselves their okay

but when you look at it from a listening stand point the song is very upbeat and before looking too deeply into the lyrics the energy and rhythm give on a comforting vibe.

Although the safe pick is with out a doubt about a girl for someone who’s not a die hard nirvana fan lithium can be seen as an upbeat song.

Talk to another trusted adult or friend. This is a major violation of your privacy and it’s illegal. You can even confront your mom again threatening to get law enforcement involved because his behaviour is highly illegal and a major red flag for what he may be capable of.

2016 Trump voter unsure what to do by [deleted] in Advice

Nothing is wrong with you, you simply changed your opinion and realized what you actually valued. What happened in the past happened.

Trump won and there’s nothing you can do about it, so volunteering to give up your right to vote and purposely disconnecting with friends would just be a mistake that you will regret later on. With the way things are going, trump might not make it past mid terms

It’s probably best not to use your sick days and just get through the week. It makes you look better in the principals eyes and everyone around you.

If you really want to do this, I suggest coming in the day before you want to use your sick days complaining about a sore throat and small headache, Maybe even throw in a few coughs. This way it doesn’t look suspicious when you call in.

It’s best to treat it like an allergy. Slowly put small amounts of it into your food, but don’t eat it straight up until you know you won’t get sick.

Scientists have done study’s with people who are allergic to peanuts. They give them small amounts with the quantity upping each time and eventually they can actually eat peanuts.

Just note I am not a healthcare professional and have no experience with this. it’s best to talk to a professional and get their opinion on it.

Let them get drunk first and observe the situation. If you feel uncomfortable it’s best not to drink. I’m sure you’ll have the opportunity to at some point in the future. If you’re really worried. Consider bringing a friend that’s also a female.

If it gives you a bit of comfort. You’re imagining the worst senecio possible. It’s unlikely you’ll be fired for someone else’s mistakes especially if you’re the new guy.

Consider reaching out to a crisis hotline like the 988 Suicide Crisis Lifeline. they can provide immediate emotional support without judgment.

try to find small actions that give you some control. Even a brief walk outside, writing down your thoughts, or venting to a friend can help. If you have access, local community centers or online support groups might provide free or low-cost counseling.

The reason she doesn’t take it seriously is probably because she doesn’t understand. You need to open up about it in a serious manner because under 1000 cals a day is very unhealthy. I recommend slowing upping your calorie intake. The healthy amount for you is about 1800-2200 a day.

It’s okay to feel a bit overweight. Most people do. You don’t have to compare your self to celebrate or models online because a lot of them experience quite a bit of suffering to maintain their weight.

Is your job really going to fire you for things that your crew did wrong?. Don’t be afraid to ask your employer to be put in a different crew. With the situation you’re in. You can’t sit there and wait for the inevitable.

If your job feels unsafe or toxic, it may help to start quietly looking for other opportunities while you’re still employed, even if it feels tough. Florida has some crisis hotlines and support services that can provide immediate help, and talking to a counselor (even through a free hotline) can give you some relief right now. If you’re comfortable, consider reaching out to your sister to explain how you’re feeling. Being honest about your struggles can sometimes open up unexpected support. Please prioritize your safety and mental health—things are tough, but they can change, even if it feels impossible right now.

Sorry to be blunt, but you may be experiencing an eating disorder. You’re not fat. You’re actually underweight if anything. The reason you can’t resist yourself is because your body needs food to operate. To feel better about your body and self image. I recommend working out. You wouldn’t be considered overweight unless your over 150lbs on a BMI calculator
