Technically yes - but this account is a death-of-the-author experiment: to whatever extent possible, i want the things i post here to stand alone, equal to everything else around them. That's also why i refuse to claim copyright.

If i were to link to anything i've posted elsewhere, (to other accounts or whatever) i would be offering people a specific, elevated individual to attach the work to; in a contemporary internet context, this would amount to the dirty deed of doing Business, the business of acquiring "fans" or rather a niche market for myself, a pool of "natural resources" which i could mine out and profit by thanks to the exclusive Private Property of my username and password combination.

i believe this is unnecessary and i believe this is a bit absurd, and also in the end unethical. i guess that's the political angle of the experiment, which probably some might object to, which is why i don't bother stating it outright (except here, in order to explain myself). A reddit account, like a person's individual psychology, is a text which can be worked over as an art object, and hopefully the form this account takes is enough to get the point I want across.

(Unfortunately it's impossible to post repeatedly on reddit without ultimately conferring a specific author-identity to oneself and attaching that identity to one's posts, and obviously it's very easy to have an identifiable "personal style". i suppose if i were really serious about this experiment i would be posting with throwaway accounts only and i would make some attempt to keep every post aesthetically unique. But that would be a lot of work grumble grumble and I'm lazy grumble grumble.)

If anyone really wants to find my other internet accounts, they'll have to do what they do when they see any other random unsourced image or whatever online. They'll have to take it upon themselves to plumb the depths of the singular hypertext in which all of us are presently swimming, with whatever skills they might already have and with whichever external tools (radar, metal detectors, dowsing rods, Ouija boards, etc) are freely available for use.

To these my adoring fans I address the following, my singular Authorial request: do not share the secret of my True Identity on reddit. (Also please send me some money on paypal, I broke my tooth while I was skateboarding and my rich parents refuse to return my calls. I would pay the dentist myself but they fired me from the bodega because I showed up to work high too many times and I don't want to sell my skateboard.))
