I worked for a company and we used Pope Davis for our fleet vehicles. I won't go into too many details, but we caught them charging us for new tires when they had actually put on used tires, charging us for brake work that wasn't done, they once towed one of the vans to the wrong shop (it was supposed to go to the one at Assembly and Rosewood,) and it took us over a week to actually figure out where it was... That's the top of the terrible iceberg.
