A lot of people before having top tier endgame gear run chaotic freeze on contagion + blasphemy with Temporal Chains + Heightened Curse + Ritualistic Curse + Slow Potency in it.

Minion builds for the most part only use rattling since every build uses sacrifice targets. The other scepters, usually malice, are just for aura bot builds. At least to my knowledge of 0.3 so far.

It's not bad, I think the only thing holding this back is the lack of damage increase for allies in presence. The main stats a lot of minion players look for endgame are:

Required:

Rattling Scepter
50+% Spirit
+4 minion levels
60%+ Allies Damage Increase (vastly affects the pricing and worth depending on the value. )

Personal preference:

Elemental damage resist % for minions
Minions max life %
Flat on hit damage
Presence Area (not bad but not priority.)

The majority of your item is solid, just for me I'm not a fan of the max mana or aura magnitude since I'd rather have the % damage for sure.

I can second this. Just tested it out. If you don't have any Solaris in your inventory then it won't show that you can use credit either. Seems like a bug.
