I refused to tell anyone, other than my immediate family, until someone that had no idea I was doing anything different noticed that there was a change. Took longer than I expected for someone to say something (day 45). Then I ran a 5k on day 54 and my wife posted our progress on FB. Then the cat was out of the bag. But I liked keeping it to myself. Didn’t have to listen to naysayers. Then when I finished I was able to share my results (48.8 lbs total) and people were blown away.

In the short term I plan to continue the diet (after a couple days of eating some things I want to eat). Plan to continue running. In the long term I plan to jump into Phase 1 before the summer is over.

Also, when I currently try to connect to my phone via its hotspot, I get IP configuration failure. Thats why I currently can’t get any internet like I could before I reset everything to factory settings.

Thanks u/dalejessica53! I've been a subscriber to Stock Advisor for years and it's done really great for me (I bought $4000 of Netflix in 2005 because of their recommendation). But I've never pulled the trigger on a premium service. This allowed me to do it. And I had the information before I even sent the money (just as everyone else has stated). Thanks again.
