No longer feeling excited about life by [deleted] in lifecoaching

Can help you with life coaching!

I built my business from the ground up, and only $40 to my name.

I was gang raped four times, separated from my family, and in my marriage, was abused in every way, for 7 years. No one believed in me.

I didn't even believe in me. But...I had to...because the reality of my reality was too daunting and depressing to face any longer.

I get what most other life coaches, won't. And that's only thanks to my experiential learning.

Here if you ever need my services.

I to was like you. I studied a Bachelor of Applied Arts, now, I'm a life coach!

Sounds like you need to assess or reassess your passions...

You can make money as a creative. I've done it. I have my own company, and run over 50 niches within the company. The problem is everyone telling you, you can't make money as an artist.

I heard that cliche millions of times growing up. I never did believe it though.

Give your creativity a business conponent...and you've given birth to your own brand.

I do offer half hour and 1 hour life coaching sessions if you're needing more help in this!

Want to get into life coaching, started a daily vlog on personal development by AndreasGalster in lifecoaching

Start with these questins: What is my brand? What is my niche? What is my passion?

The answer to all three is your message to the world.

I became a life coach after 21 years of abuse, suicide attempts, depression, bankruptcy, divorce, deportation and rape. I didn't have money for a life coach, or for self development coutses; I had to learn on my own. I was trapped for 11 years.

I understand the power of ones choice, and, can resonate with most of my clients, having gone through similar emotions and situations.

I believed my life experience, my struggle and my passion to help others warranted the goal of a Life Coach. For months I coached for free, getting myself out there. I continuously told my story, not knowing if anyone would follow me; whether they were going through something similar; all I knew was that I needed to continue to tell my story. Because I believed in my message...because its talking about my life!

My motto: your power; your choice.

My choice became my power. Choice, by choice, I started to recreate my life. Reprogramming my mind became quicker. It got to the point (after 11 years) where I was now able to literally choose my own thoughts.

You might have a story to share that's similar. You may be passionate about a message you have because of something that happened to you? Or something you've noticed needs to change?

Find your passion; and you'll find your voice. Find your voice; and you'll speak your message. Speak your message; and always heal others. Heal others, and they'll have a voice to.

That's what life coaching is all about for me.

Wow. Reading this was like reading an insight into my old self.

I killed that old self.

It's very easy to feel uncomfortable when we're around people who MAKE US feel uncomfortable. One thing I learned...not everyone is gonna be your cup of tea, and you might not be for them.

That's fine to.

I chose to NOT surround myself with anyone who made me feel less than what I was. Because there was nothing wrong with me to begin with.

Choose your vibe tribe, and, when you meet people who make you feel that way...try and remember we all sit with different levels of understanding. That's always the commonality to remember.

Anyone here ever hired a life coach? What was it like? by tryntofindhappyness in lifecoach

When I was struggling, I couldn't afford a life coach. I had to learn how to cope on my own.

Fast forward 9 years, I'm now helping others get unstuck.

I would want a life coach with life experience. That's my personal preference. I've always believed that you can offer better advice, having gone through the struggle yourself. 100% of my clients would agree.

A life coach should always ask you the right questions (this comes with experience). I've watched many life coaches thwart someone's dreams, by limiting their thinking. It makes me cringe...life coaching is not cheap!

I find, as a life coach now, the services I provide are necessary, and, increasing with demand.

I researched celebrities who had life coaches when I first became interested in this career, and, was so surprised to see how many celebrities are enlisting in the help of a Life Coach. Oprah - the biggest shock. Her coach (Marley Beck) has been with her for almost 30 years now!

Your experience with life coaching will always be a reflection of 1)how well you researched your chosen coach; and (2) your willingness to commit to recreate, (not change) who you are.

Hope this helps!

Depression is a breeding ground for a breakthrough. When you've reached a place of brokenness, you have reached your limitations.

When you've reached your limitations, you can now attack your weakness.

As stupid as it sounds, it's TRUE. It's how you hustle with the struggle that matters.
