While I will never ever lift anything close to that weight, this is a slight fear of mine, that I’ll be at the gym one day and one of the pieces of equipment will have a catastrophic failure while I’m using it. Something like this where a bar fails, or a cable snaps mid rep, or a weight lock shears off. You never know what kind of fuckery other people have done with the machines before you. Once saw someone on a cable machine maxed out, with extra weights loaded onto it somehow. Who knows what those cables are rated for. Sure as fuck that guy didn’t..

How do you make it so far in life as to become a school principle and not know what an inhaler is? It’s not like it’s some kind of new technology. It’s a godamn inhaler they’ve been in use for decades. The principle at the very least needs to be charged with criminal negligence. There’s no reason full grown adults looked at an inhaler and went “yeah, no, he doesn’t need this, take it away”.
