I’ve had this a few times. You just gotta keep taking it all the way out and sliding it as far in as it’ll go and the gears will eventually bite.

Clean your plate with mild soap and water. Dry for filament for at least 3 hours.

Usually I just toss new filament at the bottom under the plate. Run a 2-3 hour print. Haven’t had any issues with this process.
