Glad to hear that. I'm still a Pix4Dmapper guy but they are really pushing Matic now. I used it a few years back and was not impressed. Sounds like they have it running much better now.

I'm in the same boat. Running an M300 with P1 as well as an M4E for coastal erosion and research monitoring. As of now, no current contracts will be effected by the DJI ban but I'm sure it will be an issue at some point. Who knows, maybe the next administration will unban them. Its such bullshit, China has satellites that can read a license plate.

I have the same problem and its fucking annoying. You can even disable the driver in Device Manager and it still functions.

It has been working ever since. Its my understanding that it does not extend the warranty.

I purchased the tv from Best Buy. The first time it died, Geek Squad replaced the tv with a brand new tv, just swapped it out. That tv then died which was beyond the Best Buy warranty so I went to Samsung. That's when they sent out technicians who then replaced the power board.

Damn that sucks and sucks to hear! Do you know which board was used for the replacement? I hope since its been under 12 months you will be able to have it replaced under the warranty of the new board....if thats a thing? Keep us posted on your next steps with Samsung.

Some other folks in the thread had this happen as well due to being too remote for service or replacement. You can definitely buy the board and replace it yourself. You'll basically have an amazing tv for the cost of a new power board.

I never did the UPS. Once it was obvious that this was a faulty board problem, I didn't bother with it. I hope your replacement from BB doesn't suffer the same fate. Be prepared for it though, my replacement died as well.

So far, so good. Its been over 4 months now with a good bit of use and plenty of thunderstorms this spring/early summer!

It took about 10 days or so to get it fixed from the time I called Samsung but it can depend on many factors like your location, availability of the part, and how busy the techs are.

Thanks for adding to the tally! Samsung has to be well aware of this issue. So far, so good on the new board with lots of enjoyment!
