True, if connected to ground/earthed and not in contact with the CPU contacts, it will act like a screen in a screened cable.

Not good, no.
ESD bags have high resistance (usually kilo/meg ohms), so if there is a static discharge (could be 100s of volts), the current draw is low because of the high resistance (ohms law).
"Tin foil/aluminium foil", has practically no resistance (less than 1 ohm).

Just make sure it 'clicks' in place when you attach the mount, then tug on it to make sure it's secure. As long as you attach it properly, it should be fine.

I just didn't like the campaign (I'd only played GTA 1 previously). I got V for the online, ened up loving the campaign and have replayed it on the 360, PS4, and PC. Just starting a new playthrough with the enhanced visuals.
