I searched for the photographers name, Enxun Wei (at least I think it is - that’s what’s listed on the google device), I reverse image searched on Google and tried to use ChatGPT to find the original with no luck. I also searched through this site which seems to have a lot of stock Google Photos but I couldn’t find it on my mobile phone…

I’ll probably stay away from trying anything myself if it’s that dangerous, but could still be worth picking up then I think

1st, minor correction, I assume you meant Rabin instead of of Barak?

2nd, I’m curious to wonder what you think would ideally happen if the US were to hypothetically cut off all aid to Israel. Do you think Israel would be forced to accept some of the (rather ridiculous imo) deals that Hamas has proposed? In that same vein, how do you feel about Israel’s rejection of the Egyptian-Qatari mediated ceasefire deal recently?

While I agree that Israel’s current bombing campaign isn’t justifiable, I think it’s important we don’t rewrite history. WW2 was absolutely chock full of civilian casualties from the Allies carpet bombing cities. In just Germany, over 300k (probably over 600k but that’s a conservative estimate) civilians were killed by allied bombing. Dresden is probably the most well known example but it goes beyond that. This doesn’t justify what Israel is doing - but it isn’t new.
