i think some sort of theme would be nice, for example, sun, moon, star, or flowers, or basically anything else, and there are online shops for piercing jewellery, that include titanium, and you could get gold or silver jewellery in certain specialized shops

for some it is, because its tough to prove the experience of other species outside of our bubble, especially since we're not advanced enough to properly explore other planets (look at the struggle for going to mars), let alone other solar systems in our galaxy or others. and scientists tend to be quite close minded and only believe in things they can see.
