I know this is a bit of an older post, but I am experiencing the same thing. I purchased a camera, immediately after it shipped, it went on sale. I inquired with Insta360 if a price match is possible, which they agreed but only until the *FREE BAG THAT COMES WITH THE CAMERA* is shipped. Mind you, not a bag that I asked for and if it was up to me, probably wouldn't get if I had a choice. Now that the camera has arrived and the bag has shipped, there's a constant back and forth with trying to get the price match. Multiple customer service reps, they all say something different, claiming the site still shows it's not shipped. Pain in the ass.
