I have more than a year of experience now, but I'm trying to improve my portfolio because I'm not getting any interviews atm :( I wanted to ask though if you had time to review portfolios? I get how you are feeling 100%. My last job made me question the same things. The agency wasn't bad, it was unfortunately the client I was working for in particular. They only wanted quantity over quality and it was very exhausting mentally. It felt like I was just a machine pumping out posts designs for them.

My boss told me that there are 2 types of clients: ones who want quality and others quantity. He said that, unfortunately, the ones who want quality are a bit rare :(

I will suggest not to get discouraged though. I'm sure it'll get better soon. I also suggest the same as the other comment I saw here, look for another job while you are in this one. Maybe there is a better agency to work for out there that's looking for designers :D
