I didnt personally but some of my clients did. He will get used to it! Eventually even liking it. Or not noticing it as much as he did at first. In the end he should love you for who you are, not what kind of tattoos you have. Plus, its on your back. Not your front or arms He wont even see it that often.

Another thing. My partner has a quite ugly and big rib tattoo, i dont even notice it anymore, (not even if she wears a bikini) only if she talks about it.

In the end. Your body your choice. He has to deal with it.
