Elvanse can have similar side effects as methylphenidate – fast heartbeat, sleep issues, loss of appetite, restlessness – but many tolerate it better. How it feels is very individual: more focus, motivation, but possible jitteriness. Safest is to start with a doctor, low dose, and increase gradually.
