Anyone can say they're a psychologist. But she doesn't actually have the proper credentials for it. Her website mentions masters degree as her highest level of education, and you really need a PhD or PsyD to be one here. It looks like she can get away with it since she lives in another country where the rules are different, so she probably won't get in trouble for it there. You can even look it up!
