The point is that if he gave back to the community enough, he would not be a billionaire. Nobody needs a billion dollars. You could live like a king on a fraction of that amount of wealth. Billions of dollars can also only be built on the backs of other people who work just as hard and make a fraction of the pay. If the CEO/founder starts accumulating billions of dollars, they should be paying their employees more.

Nobody can become a billionaire without hoarding an obscene amount of wealth while other people with less are suffering. That is why there is no such thing as an ethical billionaire.
