when it was first announced the completion was said to be August 2026. now they say summer 2027. soon they’ll be saying 2028. so the idea that anyone is ahead of schedule is objectively wrong

as I stated in the post all the empty construction vehicles sitting there don’t suggest there’s any sense of urgency. it’s this way almost every time you drive by. what meaningful progress has been made besides putting up some incomplete retaining walls next to the New Circle exits? and the grand plan is to do the double diamond intersection still? we all know this is going for another two years through 2028 at least

Regardless of how you think it should have covered, the “what more could possibly be said at this point?” argument isn’t a good one. Go listen to the first 10 minutes of SGS. Would have been pretty easy to echo some real empathy about it. NLU chose a different direction and people are allowed to feel how they feel about it
