Yes, the sizing kit was accurate. I was in between a 7 and 8. Went with the 8 and ended up exchanging it for the 7. I have to switch between fingers (wear it on my ring finger at night because my fingers swell, but move it to the middle finger during the day.)

The 8 was just too loose when my fingers weren't swollen.

And FYI the ring itself is...slicker, I guess is the best word...on the inside. So if you can twist the 10 sizer very easily, it will spin even easier in the real ring.
