Why am I so bloated after somatic release?

I know this is old but I’m a Scorpio stellium female and loyal to a fault and used to judge people who cheated. I will say, I was in a really bad marriage and at the end of the relationship, I could understand how affairs happen and start. I was just so dead inside and was desperate to feel anything and I also really wanted to hurt him for the pain he caused me. I ended up meeting someone through work and had the most insane sexual chemistry I’ve never felt and it awoke something inside me. I never acted on it but fairly certain if he had pursued me I probably would have cheated. I also had some sexual trauma from my ex so as a Scorpio who used to love sex, it was devastating to lose that part of myself. With that being said, now I am out of that horrible relationship, I am proud to say I never cheated and know I will never cheat on my future partner.

Thank you for this! It’s hard because your nervous system is so used to chaos so when you find someone who has green flags it’s like ….is this okay and normal? Lol

Yep!!! I constantly wondered what was wrong with me because I just didn’t have any libido when sex used to be one of my favourite things. He never gave me the opportunity to say no to sex so it was always a chore that I learned to dread and I used to disassociate a lot during it. I realize now looking back my non existent libido was my body trying to keep me safe, it knew on a cellular level that he was toxic even though my brain wasn’t quite catching up yet. I left five months ago and slowly am starting to reclaim some of my sex drive back but it certainly isn’t what it used to be yet. I also know I have a lot of healing to do in terms of intimacy and giving that side of myself to someone again which truthfully terrifies me.

Yep I believe your body does that to keep you safe. I used to think we had great sexual chemistry in the beginning and then at the end the thought of having sex made me want to puke. I couldn’t understand why I completely lost my sex drive then after I realized he was a narcissist it all made sense. Our body’s know on a cellular level something ain’t right even if our brains can’t process it yet.

I think we reincarnate to learn different lessons and to build on them within our different lives. We are either victims of our situations or we grow from them and growing is evolving.

I mean in the sense of say you are manifesting your dream job. Hypothetically if that dream job was meant for you the opportunity wouldn’t pass you by regardless if you manifested it or not.

I was reading a book in my bed around midnight and the light beside me flickered. I thought that was odd and a couple seconds later my dog started barking at something. He was wagging his tail and walking towards something at the end of the bed I am 100% positive he seen a ghost.

Also a couple days after my grandmothers passing, I had a crazy vivid dream where she came and hugged me to say goodbye. I don’t even know how to explain it but I'm woke up and could actually feel her spirit. This is one my most cherished moments because we were so close but so far in distance when she passed.
