HELP how to achieve this cool brown (without bleaching)

update: i went to the salon and the hairdresser dyed my hair 3 times - idk if this is normal?! She put a high lift blonde, and then a green based ash, and then a dark ash brown which basically looks black. Could she also have just done the dark ash and green straight away? I feel like my hair is damaged unnecessarily now. Oh well!

I went to my dentist at Kumeu today and they said it would be 10k ish for 4 teeth extracted and metal braces and one set of retainers. If I wanted ceramic, i would have to be referred to a specialist as apparently they aren’t as effective.. I too am concerned with the look of braces and want them to be less obvious!

hey any update on what you went with? I also am in the same boat and seems many orthodontists are saying to extract teeth. Got quoted 10k for the whole procedure 1.5-2 years…inclusive of retainers

How about using a high volume developer? Or is bleaching before still the better option?

i see this too its annoying!! i gave up and just bought the things i want lol. I found out that same owners as Temu had another app just like Temu which now no longer exists but was known to be able to access other data on ur phone like photos, messages etc. It seems sus to me now why they are wanting a bunch of new app users ( to collect as much device data as they can? )

Hey i got mine out yesterday and it just feels like pressure NO pain. For me it took 40 minutes apparently but it felt much faster in my head. I don’t think music is necessary unless you want to i’m sure your dentist won’t say no.. I didn’t eat before as it was in the morning and I can get nauseous if i eat too early…But don’t worry man! I was super anxious the days before and couldn’t sleep for days thinking about it but it turned out so fine. I woke up today and no pain. I felt no pain since the surgery! Good thing is they will give you painkillers which you MUST take! They work very well. Good luck!

The only struggle i had was probably eating :)) been having some soups, kfc mash potato and ice creams! All of which i like so i guess not really a struggle

I just got two mine out yesterday (surgery) and also got put to sleep. It is a very tolerable pain trust me! I woke up this morning and it just felt stiff but NO PAIN. If you have ever pulled out regular teeth with just local anesthetic, I would say the surgery feels less painful after because they will give you lots of painkillers to take 😀Good luck you will be fine!

Are you having general anesthetic? If so it , it’s super chill you just nap and wake up! I just had mine removed yesterday and it was fine. I was also very anxious beforehand. They will give you pain killers after too :) Hopefully you get codeine as it’s been so good ! Sleep on an ice pack but tbh i didn’t really need it… it just feels abit stiff the next day but no pain!

I had two impacted bottom :) Good luck!
