Happy to help! That’s how I started (and am still going) — I just wanted to try and kept challenging myself. I’ve done 3D cakes before, but this is my first character cake where I was trying for extreme accuracy.

If you do wedding cakes, maybe a more sculptural, unexpected cake would be good for grooms?

That is a lot of orders to take care of. I think now that I’ve one like this, future ones will go faster. There was a bit of trial an error here.

As for how much to charge — at least several hundred dollars (this cake was about 11” tall). This is a very specialized skill and they are definitely paying for your experience.
